High-pressure air-coolers of АВГБ block type

АВГБ are intended to condense and cool down vapor, gas and liquid media. Used in technological processes of oil refineries, petrochemical, gas and related industries.

Depending on used materials, devices can be applied at the temperature of - 40°C till + 300°C and pressure up to 10,0 MPa (100 kgf/sm²), including under vacuum up to 666,6 Pa (5 mmHg).

Devices of АВГБ type are intended to cool down liquids with viscosity in the air up to 5х10‑5 m2/s (50 cSt).

Devices can be equipped with:

  • hand-driven or electric driven shutters;
  • outer and inner system of air circulating;
  • air heater;
  • trolley to roll out electric motor;
  • device to pick up a fan wheel.

Devices of АВГБ type are made:

  • with pipe length - 4, 8 и 12 m;
  • finning coefficient - 9; 14,6; 20;
  • the number of pipe rows - 3; 4; 5; 6; 8;
  • the number of ways through pipes - 1; 2; 3; 4; 5; 6;
  • nominal pressure - 1,6; 2,5; 4,0; 6,3; 8,0; 10,0 MPa;
  • material design – Б1; Б2.1; Б3; Б3.1; Б4; Б4.1; Б5.1;
  • heat exchanger surface - от 450 до 5250 м2 .

Horizontal, zigzag and small-line air-coolers are intended to cool down gases, liquids and to condense vapor and vapor-liquid media in technological processes of chemical, oil refineries, gas, oil and other related industries.
